FERRUM, Virginia -- Ferrum College's women's basketball team dropped an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) game at home, falling 89-63 to Guilford College tonight at Swartz Gym.

THE BASICS
Guilford jumped out to a 5-0 lead, then extended the lead to 26-11 after one quarter. Kayla Cabiness' three-pointer at 6:25 of the second quarter cut the lead to 13 points at 31-18.

The Quakers used a 15-11 run to close out the half on top 46-29. Guilford slowly pulled away in the third quarter, eventually building a 21-point lead on Ashtyn Zeigler's jumper with 1:37 remaining in the quarter.
