FERRUM, Virginia -- Virginia Wesleyan University beat Ferrum 3-0 in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) volleyball action tonight at Swartz Gym. Set scores were 25-11, 25-17, 25-10.

THE BASICS
Virginia Wesleyan jumped out to a 12-5 lead in the opening set, then closed it out on a Ferrum attack error. The second set was tight with the visitors leading 16-15, then the Marlins used a 9-2 run to close it out. Virginia Wesleyan led 11-4 in the third set, before using a 14-6 run to close out the match.
