FERRUM, Virginia -- Ferrum College picked up an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) volleyball win tonight at home over Hollins University, winning 3-0 at Swartz Gym. Set scores were 25-12, 25-19, 25-22.

THE BASICS
The first set was close with Ferrum holding a 9-7 lead when the Panthers went on a 16-5 run to end the set on a Hollins attack error. In the second set, the Panthers jumped out to a 9-4 lead and held on for the win, closing the set on a Hollins service error.

In the third and final set, Hollins led 19-16 before Ferrum went on a run that started with a Hollins service error to trim the lead to 19-17. The Panthers rallied to tie the match at 21-21, then used a 4-1 rally to end the match on an Alex Christoff kill.
