GREENSBORO, North Carolina -- Ferrum College's men's basketball trailed by four points at the break, before losing to Guilford College 61-47 in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) play tonight at Ragan-Brown Fieldhouse.

THE BASICS
Guilford led 10-5 early on, but the Panthers responded with a 5-1 run to make it 11-10 on
Calvin Washington's pair of free throws at the 10:22 mark of the first half. The Quakers extended the lead to 15-10, but
Johnny Franklin's three pointer and layup a few minutes later tied the game at 15-15 with just under four minutes remaining in the half.
Tahli Oden's three-pointer at 1:51 tied the game at 18-18, but the Quakers got a pair of free throws from Luke Proctor and a layup by Tyler Dearman to take the 22-18 lead into the locker room.
Oden hit a jumper at 13:12 of the second half to cut Guilford's lead to 30-27, only to see Guilford go on an 11-0 run over the next two minutes to extend the lead to 31-27.
Rob Littlejohn's layup with 7:44 left to play gave Guilford its largest lead of the game, 47-30, and the Quakers hung on from there to earn their 20th win of the season.
