FERRUM, Virginia -- Ferrum College outscored Randolph College 11-0 in the final quarter to post a 35-30 come-from-behind women's basketball win tonight at Swartz Gym. Tonight's game was the ODAC opener for both schools.

THE BASICS
Ferrum opened with a three-pointer and layup from from
Kleiauna Riddick and a basket and free throw by
Allyson Cassell to grab an early 8-3 lead at 3:53 of the first quarter.
Randolph responded with a 13-2 run from there through the end of the second quarter to grab a 16-10 lead at the break. Both teams scored 14 points in the third quarter and the score was 30-24, WildCats, headed into the fourth.
Aisha Martin knocked down back-to-back three-pointers to open the fourth quarter and tie the game at 30-30. Martin then made a layup off a turnover and Ferrum led 32-20 at the 7:37 mark.
Erin Harden added a jumper from the right side to barely beat the shot clock with 1:36 left in regulation to extend the Panther lead to 34-30, then Martin closed out scoring when she was fouled and converted one of two free throws.
