FERRUM, Va. -- Ferrum College's women's soccer team, playing in its first-ever Conference Carolinas game, beat Erskine College 6-0 tonight at Penn-Roediger Field.

THE BASICS
Breanna Herlihy scored an unassisted goal at 32:57 to spot Ferrum the early lead. Peyton Fuleron made it a 2-0 game when she took a pass from
Jadyn Patton and drilled it into the lower right side of the net at 34:10. Just 41 seconds later,
Anna Milliron then scored off a pass from
Summer Stevens in the 35th minute of play and the 3-0 Ferrum lead would hold through halftime.Â
In the second half, Herlihy poked a shot into the lower right side of the net and
Alicia Martinez scored a goal, both unassisted, in the 53rd and 57th minutes of play, respectively, for a 5-0 lead. Stevens then put a shot into the upper left corner in the 62nd minute to make it a 6-0 game.Â
