Katelyn Kaminski

Katelyn Moore came to Ferrum from Radford University, where she served a year as head cheerleading coach. She also spent a year as a volunteer assistant coach with Virginia Tech's cheer program, and as a special education teacher at Ferrum Elementary School.

Prior to that, Moore spent a year as head stunt and cheerleading coach at Tiffin University in Ohio, two years as head cheerleading coach at Webber International University in Florida, and stints as the head cheerleading coach at both SUNY Cortland and SUNY Oswego in New York.

Moore earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Affairs from Elmira (NY) College in 2017. She was a four-year cheerleader with the Soaring Eagles' nationally ranked competition cheer team. Moore earned All-America and was Elmira's Female Athlete of the Year in 2017. She and her husband Brett Kaminski reside in Ferrum, Virginia.
