Robbie Campbell was named Head Softball Coach at Ferrum College in June 2026. Campbell came to Ferrum after serving 11 seasons as Head Softball Coach at Patrick & Henry Community College, where he built one of the nation's premier NJCAA Division III softball programs.
Campbell guided Patrick & Henry to unprecedented success, capturing the 2024 NJCAA Division III National Championship, finishing as National Runner-Up in 2025, and placing fourth in 2026. His teams made multiple national tournament appearances, consistently earned national rankings, and developed numerous NJCAA All-Americans and All-Region selections.
A graduate of Patrick & Henry Community College, Campbell and his wife Faith reside in Stuart, Virginia, with their nine children.Â
