Morgan Milligan comes to Ferrum from Concord University, after one year as a full time assistant volleyball coach for the Mountain Lions. She oversaw academics of student-athletes, recruiting visits, and everything from practice to coordinating travel events. During her time at Concord, she was also the Director of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. Milligan graduated from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise with a Bachelor of Arts in 2020. She went on to earn her Masters in Educational Leadership in 2022 from Concord, where she was a graduate assistant volleyball coach.
