FERRUM, Va. -- Ferrum College's non-conference baseball game against Lynchburg College, scheduled for today at 3:00 p.m. at Panther Field, has been rained out.  Prior to the game, the College was set to host a Baseball Senior Day ceremony.  Rather than cancel this event, in which graduating seniors are recognized for their hard work over the past four years, we're bringing you a special online edition.  The ceremony will take place inside the Panther Field baseball pressbox to honor the following seven players:
 

• #10 Tyler Easterly, right-handed pitcher from Woodbridge, VA
• #18 Sammy Holloway, catcher from Chesapeake, VA
• #21 Brennen Iley, outfielder from Chesapeake, VA
• #2 Wade Ostrowski, infielder from Glen Allen, VA
• #11 Justin Puentes, right-handed pitcher from Vienna, VA
• #32 Wes Walker, catcher from Leesburg, VA
• #7 Mike Williams, left-handed pitcher from Vinton, VA

 
Today's Baseball Senior Day will be  will have a clip posted on YouTube and Facebook.  The baseball players, coaches and support staff would like to thank families, fans and friends for their support of the Ferrum Panthers this season.
