FERRUM, Virginia -- Ferrum College dropped an Old Dominion Athletic Conference volleyball match to visiting Bridgewater College tonight at home, falling 3-0 at Swartz Gym. Set scores were 25-20, 25-19, 25-11.

THE BASICS
Reagan Stoop led the Eagles with 11 kills and 12 digs, Faith Shields had 14 assists, while Ashley Rutherford had 12 digs to go with four kills.

Shelby Waltrip led the Panthers with seven kills, nine assists and four digs. Kenzee Chaffin had six kills, eight assists an seven digs. Savanna Walker had nine digs, and Sami Kircher had seven digs and a pair of kills.

Coach Shelbylynn Adair's team will be back on court Saturday, September 16, in a home tri-meet. The Panthers take on Johnson & Wales University (N.C.) at 11:00 a.m., then face Virginia Union University at 3:30 p.m. Both are non-conference matches.
