LEXINGTON, Virginia -- Ferrum College dropped an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) wrestling match to Washington and Lee University tonight on the road, falling 25-15 at Doremus Gym.

THE BASICS
Zach Beckner (125 lbs) got the Panthers off to a 5-0 lead with a tech fall. It was Beckner's seventh tech fall this season.
Trent Proctor (133) scored a takedown in overtime for a 7-4 win and the team score stood 8-0 in favor of the Panthers.
Washington and Lee went to work, picking up four consecutive major decisions from 141 pounds to 165 pounds, then added a tech fall at 174 pounds to grab a 21-8 lead.
Joseph Toner (184) stemmed the tide, earning a 3-0 win to trim the team score to 21-11.
The Generals added a major decision at 197, then
Rayshawn Dixon (285) posted a 12-4 major decision for Ferrum to close out the night.
