Charles Tart III was fouled and knocked down a pair of free throws with 1:09 left in regulation to tie the game at 52-52 and send it into overtime.

The Hornets got a bucket at the other end of the floor from Davion Roberts to make it 75-54 at 3:29. Wall then stole the ball and found Tart streaking to the basket for a fast break layup and a 59-54 lead with 2:41 left.

Shenandoah rallied, with Shamir Taylor's three-pointer making it a 60-58 game with 34 seconds left, but Ferrum hung on from there for the ODAC road win.
