MURFREESBORO, N.C. -- Ferrum College dropped a Conference Carolinas men's soccer game tonight to Chowan University, falling 3-1 at Chowan Soccer/Lacrosse Complex.

THE BASICS
Chowan's Cameron Letterlough was fouled inside the box at the 21:12 mark and converted the ensuing penalty kick for the early lead.
The 1-0 Hawk lead lasted through halftime and into the 53rd minute of play, when Ferrum's
Oliver McIntosh ripped a ball past Chowan goalkeeper Lucas Kibrya into the upper left side of the net to tie the game.
Bradley Binns broke up the stalemate at the 65-minute mark when he scored an unassisted goal for the Hawks. Harry Baker added an insurance goal in the 77th minute off a pass from Bradley Williams.
