Panther Women Fall at King

BRISTOL, Tenn. -- Ferrum College lost in Conference Carolinas women's basketball action to King University Wednesday, February 4, on the road, falling 74-56 at King's Student Center Complex.

THE BASICS
King led by as many as 11 points late in the first quarter. The Tornado expanded the lead to 15 points, 39-24, at halftime.

In the second half, the Panthers would get as close as 14 points when Sofia Ponce's layup with just over two minutes remaining in the game made it a 68-54 game.
