FERRUM, Virginia – Director of Athletics Cleive Adams has announced that the Ferrum College Athletic Department is proud to partner with Teamworks this upcoming year.

Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting (C+R) is a comprehensive platform that streamlines recruiting processes, automates workflows, and ensures NCAA compliance. With the transition to Division II comes new recruiting challenges and NCAA regulations. Ferrum currently offers 20 varsity sports, including 11 women's and 9 men's programs. Women's flag football is set to begin competition in time for the 2025-26 school year. The College announced in April 2024 the intention to reclassify from NCAA Division III to Division II, beginning in Fall 2025. Additionally, Ferrum will depart the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and join Conference Carolinas.
