2025 CSC Volleyball Academic All-District Team
FERRUM, Va. -- The College Sports Communicators (CSC) have announced the 2025 Women's Volleyball Academic All-District Team and Ferrum College had four players so honored;
Angela Castillo,
Daniela Castillo,
Danielle Worthy and
Renee Dove.Â
In order to be eligible for Academic All-District, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. They must compete in 90 percent of the institution's matches played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's matches. An undergrad student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale).
A graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as both an undergrad and a grad student unless they are in their first semester as a graduate student and don't have an established graduate GPA.
Ferrum finished its first season as an NCAA Division II school under Head Coach
Shelbylynn Adair. One player graduates this season, while another 14 are eligible to return for the 2026 season.
