SALEM, Virginia - Ferrum College's lacrosse team dropped a game to 17th ranked Roanoke College tonight. The Maroons opened up a 12-0 lead after the first quarter en route to a 22-1 win.

THE BASICS
Freshman Lana Barkovic, Ferrum's leading scorer, found the back of the net early in the second quarter for the Panthers lone goal. Fellow freshman Cayden West played all 60 minutes in goal for the Panthers and made 11 saves. Roanoke held a 33-3 advantage in shots along with a 20-4 advantage in draw controls.
