DANVILLE, Virginia -- Ferrum College's women's tennis team suffered an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) road loss to Averett University, falling 7-0 at Averett Tennis Courts.

THE BASICS
Averett looked strong in grabbing the #1 and #2 doubles matches, both by 6-1 scores, to open the afternoon with a 1-0 advantage. The Cougars then made quick work of the four singles matches contested, winning each in straight sets, and accepted forfeits at the #5-6 sports.
