Mike Ehilegbu had 12 points for the Wildcats (7-0) and Chris Battaglia had 11. Randolph led 49-29 at halftime, shooting 63% from the floor, including 73% from behind the three-point arc.
Ferrum (4-3) returns to action Saturday, Dec. 8, at Goucher College. The non-conference game gets underway at 7:30 p.m. in Baltimore, Maryland.
