FERRUM, Va. -- Led by four players in double figures, Ferrum College picked up an 84-75 non-conference men's basketball win over Southern Virginia University tonight at Swartz Gym. Freshman
KeAndre' Robinson had 15 points on 7-10 shooting and added 12 rebounds for his first double-double this season.

How It HappenedFerrum opened a 47-37 lead at the break then poured it on to open the second half. The Panthers led 69-60 at the 7:17 mark, then used a 10-3 run over the next three and a half minutes to grab their biggest lead (16 points) at 79-63. SVU's Anders Jacobson and Kevin Walker each hit a three-pointer down the stretch to trim the lead, but the Panthers held on for the win.
Marvin Wilson scored 12 of his 13 points in the second half.
