FERRUM, Va. -- Connor Schroeder had 19 points and 11 rebounds to lead Lynchburg College to a 76-73 non-conference men's basketball win over Ferrum College tonight at Swartz Gym.

THE BASICS
The Panthers tied the game at 68-68 on Rashad Reed's layup with 4:49 left to play. The Hornets scored a pair of baskets to take a 72-68 lead, then Ferrum battled back to cut the lead to one when D.J. Christian made a layup, was fouled and converted the three-point play to make it 74-73 with 28 seconds left in regulation. Schroeder closed out the game with a free throw.
