COACH'S THOUGHTS
"Proud of our effort today, we played with confidence and energy in the first half," said Head Coach Tyler Sanborn. "Unfortunately, we started out slow and put ourselves in a hole to start the second half, then fought back and got into the game in the latter part of the half. I think we were just a couple of key possessions from being able to win. We are undersized, especially without
Josh Grimard, so we had to be nearly perfect on our box-outs. To their credit, they came up with some key offensive boards in the second half and created some costly turnovers to seal the game."
NEXT GAME
Sanborn's team will be back in action Wednesday, Nov. 29, at home against Emory & Henry College. The non-conference game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. tip-off at Swartz Gym.
