FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -- Ferrum College dropped a USA South Athletic Conference men's basketball road game at Methodist University this afternoon, falling 84-80 at the March F. Riddle Center.

The Panthers trailed by 12 at the break, but rallied to tie the game at 80-80 on
Josh Dudley's layup with 55 seconds left in regulation. Davion Ayaberreno was fouled with 35 seconds left and made one of two free throws, then Jackson Whitley was fouled with 20 seconds left and sank a pair of free throws. Garren Dearman was fouled with 10 seconds left and sank one last free throw to close out scoring for the Monarchs.
