BOONE, North Carolina - The Ferrum College track and field team traveled to Boone, North Carolina to compete at the Mountaineer First Chance meet, hosted by Appalachian State University. The Panthers had some outstanding performances. Freshman
Jahmal Jones finished 2nd in the 100 m Dash with a time of 10.45 seconds. Frehman
Jordan Smith won the 400m Dash with a time of 49.34 seconds.
