FERRUM, Virginia -- The field for the 2025 ODAC Women's Lacrosse Tournament has been announced and Ferrum College will be one of the eight teams competing for the league title and an automatic berth in the NCAA Division III Tournament. The ODAC Tournament begins Saturday, April 26, and will conclude on Sunday, May 4.

This is Ferrum's first ODAC Tournament since 2021 season, when the Panthers made their post-season debut with a home game against Randolph-Macon College April 26 at home. In that game, #6 seed Ferrum fell 14-4 to the #7 seeded Yellow Jackets.

Ferrum will be the #8 seed and will open tournament play Saturday, April 26, at #5 University of Lynchburg. The game is scheduled for a noon start at Shellenberger Field. There will be one other first-round game on Saturday, with #6 seed Bridgewater College hosting #7 Virginia Wesleyan University.

Ferrum is led in scoring this year by senior Ashtyn Bishop with 46 points on 27 goals and 19 assists, and Lana Barkovic with 40 points on 38 goals and a pair of assists. Goalkeeper Cayden West has logged 870 minutes between the pipes for the Panthers this season, with 136 saves and an 11.38 goals-against average.
